Cary is a current resident of Hiawassee, Ga in the Northeast Georgia mountains. She grew up in the Atlanta area and has lived in various neighborhoods around the city. Raising her family in Roswell for the last 25 years was her and her husband’s last stop before making Hiawassee their primary residence. She loves being a part of the “matchmaking” process between her clients and their new homes. Making sure her clients are having the best experience possible is always her top priority. Anna was born and raised in Louisiana, where she bought her first home at the age of 19 which helped ignite her passion for real estate. Through purchasing her first home, she quickly gained insight and interest in all things real estate, prompting her to seek her Louisiana Real Estate license. Shortly after she joined the Central Louisiana brokerage, Call the Kelones Realty, where she had near instant success. Ready to take on a new challenge, Anna and her husband John, a United States Navy Veteran, decided to make the move to their favorite city, Atlanta.
Anna brings over 5 years of executive and virtual assistant experience, which she now uses to her advantage as the Brad Baso Collective Executive Team Assistant. Being a licensed Realtor® in multiple states has helped her understand the ins and outs of real estate, contracts, and client relationships. She has an upbeat attitude and is dedicated to turning clients' wishes into results. Her favorite thing about working in real estate is connecting with people of all backgrounds and the opportunity to enrich others lives through networking. When she’s not working with clients, she is cheering for Atlanta United FC, traveling with her husband and their Great Dane, Norman, or spending time with friends.

When he is not serving his clients real estate needs, Richard pursues his passions, including mountain biking, trail running, dual sport moto, fly fishing, sporting clays, paddling and hiking. And yes, he’s in a perfect location for all of those!
His mother was one of the first ASLA registered women landscape architects in Georgia, so he’s grown up around real estate design and development. Richard is a graduate of University of Georgia (Journalism) and Southern Methodist University (MBA).
